Hello and Welcome to MaNoR Photography! In case you didn't figure it out, my initials are MNR...thus the unusual capitalization in the MaNoR Photography name.
I've been doing photography off and on since ~1999, but really started to get more intersted in photography in 2004 when I got my Canon Digital Rebel. After seeing some of my photos, my family urged me to compete and join clubs. So, I joined the Saint Mary's County Camera Club (SMCCC) and won in my first competition. Since then, I've learned a lot from the club and it's members and have upgraded my equipment. I now shoot with a Canon 5D.
This year, I decided to turn my hobby into a business, so MaNoR Photography was born. I mostly do photography of landscapes and architecture, but I do have my forays into other kinds of photography. For example, I have found that I do well as a concert photographer (look for the photos coming out in the future). So far, I have photographed my friend's band, Odin's Court, twice and they are even going to put my photos on the DVD that they are making.
